You’ll sit at the center of everything: priorities, communication, execution, and problem-solving. What You’ll Do

Handle internal and external communications across email, Slack, and beyond
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across multiple facets of the organization
Jump in on ad hoc projects and responsibilities
Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them quickly
Help streamline workflows and improve how the team operates
Keep leadership organized, aligned, and focused on what matters

What We’re Looking For

High ownership tolerance and relentlessly organized
Can handle sensitive info pertaining to senior leadership
Calm under pressure, particularly in high stress situations
Able to figure things out and provide solutions quickly without waiting for instructions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Natural ability to multitask and assess priorities correctly

Compensation: $50k – $90k
