About the Role
Working directly with the Proprietors, your responsibilities may include:
• Managing calendars, appointments and meeting coordination.
• Preparing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Coordinating stakeholder meetings and maintaining records.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and staff administration.
• Monitoring tasks and following up actions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Bank reconciliations and financial administration support.
• Assisting with invoice processing and operational systems.
• Supporting compliance, policy and business administration activities.
• Providing executive and administrative support across the organisation.
About You
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Experience with financial administration, reconciliations or bookkeeping functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based business systems.
Desirable
• Experience in administration, executive support, office management or bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of the disability, health or community services sector.
• Experience working within a small business environment.
