ABOUT JOB
Our client looking for a highly organized, proactive right-hand person to help get things done and make the most of my time. This is a “second brain” role spanning the full range of what keeps my professional and personal life running smoothly — managing my inbox and replying to email, owning my calendar and scheduling everything from client meetings to doctor visits, arranging travel, and staying a step ahead of what’s coming next.
You’ll also provide behind-the-scenes administrative support to our small remote team. The goal is simple: take the day-to-day off my plate so I can focus my energy where it matters most. If you’re discreet, open-minded, detail-obsessed, a warm communicator, and you take genuine satisfaction in making someone else highly efficient, you’ll thrive here.
Compensation:
$24 – $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Inbox and calendar management — triaging email, drafting replies, protecting focus time, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Scheduling across a remote team and a national speaking/podcast calendar, including booking and coordinating travel.
- Client care for high-net-worth families and law firm owner clients — warm, polished, confidential communication that reflects a calm, white-glove standard.
- Behind-the-scenes marketing support — coordinating content, podcast logistics, email sends, light CRM work, and keeping campaigns on schedule.
- Team and operations admin — keeping projects moving, prepping meeting materials, and following up on action items.
- Personal/lifestyle support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- Experience using Microsoft Office
