ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing a diverse range of professional and personal responsibilities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization dedicated to making a positive impact through pro bono initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional administrative skills, a passion for service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism. As the right hand to our CEO, you will facilitate smooth daily operations, coordinate projects, and ensure seamless communication across teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Draft and respond to emails and correspondence
- Assist with grant applications, reports, and documentation
- Maintain organized digital files (Google Drive, Docs, etc.)
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and internal communications
- Assist with social media or outreach (optional)
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior administrative or assistant experience preferred
Commitment
- 5–15 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Minimum 3–6 month commitment preferred
