Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

 

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide support to a dynamic Executive operating across multiple distinct ventures.

The position will require serving as the right hand to the Executive, supporting all admin functions, event management, and personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support

● Manage calendar across two companies, multiple time zones, and personal commitments — anticipating conflicts before they arise

● Own end-to-end travel logistics including international and domestic flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visa/entry requirements, and detailed itineraries

● Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and/or follow-up communications for board meetings, investor calls, leadership offsites, and media engagements

● Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact — triaging communications across email, phone, and messaging platforms with sound judgment and discretion

● Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive across both businesses and personal matters

● Manage events hosted by Executive, or as requested across the portfolio of ventures.

● Track action items and follow through on delegated tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

● Coordinate closely with the executive teams, operations leads, and key stakeholders across all ventures

 

Construction Technology Company 

● Calendar management and serving as the liaison between executive and employees fulfilling executives “servant leadership style” of making himself available as employees need guidance/support.

● Support coordination of leadership meetings,

● Own project management across key initiatives led by the Executive across the leadership team

● Help manage relationships with board members, investors, and strategic partners — handling scheduling, material prep, and follow-up.

Board Roles and Philanthropic Efforts

● Coordinate and manage calendaring and prep for all board meetings

● Serve as the primary point of contact for any fundraisers or strategic initiatives led by the Executive.

 

Requirements

Pay: $70,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
