ABOUT JOB
We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder of Elite Automation. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role involving frequent travel, exposure to senior executives at major corporations, and hands-on involvement in fast-paced business operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, energetic, professional, and excited by travel and new experiences. You’ll work closely with the founder as a trusted partner, helping keep schedules, documentation, and high-level engagements running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel extensively with the founder, including domestic and international trips
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation, schedules)
- Prepare and manage executive documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Create, edit, and polish PowerPoint presentations for executive and sales meetings
- Assist with sales support activities, including sales quotes and CRM updates
- Attend high-level meetings and help track notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a proactive, reliable right-hand partner in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident, professional communicator comfortable interacting with senior executives
- Positive, bubbly, fun, and energetic personality
- Self-starter and “go-getter” who takes initiative and solves problems independently
- Comfortable with frequent, sometimes last-minute travel
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and professional email communication
- Ability to multitask, reprioritize quickly, and stay calm under pressure
- Genuine love of travel and experiencing new places
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience supporting founders or C-level executives
- Background in executive support, sales operations, consulting, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales documentation
- Experience working in fast-growing or entrepreneurial companies
Pay: $22.00 – $31.00 per hour
