ABOUT JOB
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to work closely with our Director — supporting strategic leadership and day-to-day operations to help maintain the exceptional standards our clients expect.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide dedicated executive support to the Director, managing their calendar, communications, and priorities with discretion and efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate sales and lease contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth contract execution.
- Coordinate and prepare detailed operational and sales performance reports, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in business planning activities, including tracking goals, preparing forecasts, and supporting process improvements.
- Organise meetings, presentations, and documentation to streamline operations and enhance client experiences.
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems and CRM platforms, ensuring all information is current and compliant.
- Support day-to-day office operations by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
- Foster a positive and professional office culture by supporting the wider team as needed.
We’d Love to Hear from You If You:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Contracts Administrator, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Are highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities confidently.
- Have strong analytical skills and experience preparing reports and assisting with business planning.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with clients and stakeholders.
- Are tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a high-performing leader.
