JOB DETAILS
Our CEO seeks an experienced Personal Assistant . You’ll handle daily personal and administrative tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise household staff (housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance) .
- Coordinate and oversee event planning for social gatherings and special occasions.
- Handle personal administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and correspondence.
- Launch and manage projects, search and bid out vendors, and manage projects through to completion.
- Handle office communications for the CEO, including telephones and business correspondence.
- Organize travel arrangements, reservations, and transportation logistics for CEO.
- Maintain inventories, supplies, and estate documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or estate manager within luxury residences or hospitality settings.
- Strong background in event planning, property management, or household supervision.
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Administrative experience including scheduling, correspondence handling, and vendor relations is essential.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
