JOB DETAILS

 

Our CEO seeks an experienced Personal Assistant . You’ll handle daily personal and administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise household staff (housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance) .
  • Coordinate and oversee event planning for social gatherings and special occasions.
  • Handle personal administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and correspondence.
  • Launch and manage projects, search and bid out vendors, and manage projects through to completion.
  • Handle office communications for the CEO, including telephones and business correspondence.
  • Organize travel arrangements, reservations, and transportation logistics for CEO.
  • Maintain inventories, supplies, and estate documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or estate manager within luxury residences or hospitality settings.
  • Strong background in event planning, property management, or household supervision.
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Administrative experience including scheduling, correspondence handling, and vendor relations is essential.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
