Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys helping others succeed, and takes pride in creating order, efficiency, and momentum in a fast-paced environment.
This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support. You’ll serve as an extension of the CEO, helping manage business priorities, personal commitments, community involvement, travel, communications, and special projects. The right candidate is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s business and personal calendars.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, appointments, and special events.
- Manage email communications and follow-up items.
- Organize priorities, projects, and action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support community outreach, charitable initiatives, and foundation activities.
- Assist with household scheduling, personal appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate recurring activities, content schedules, and special projects.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of executive assistant, personal assistant, office management, or related experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate needs.
Pay: $65,000.00 – $91,000.00 per year
