How You’ll Help Our Team Succeed:
- Respond and follow up appropriately to reports of facilities problems and portal/email requests.
- Assist in maintenance inspections of facilities for safety hazards and regulation requirements.
- Sort, log, and distribute mail and deliver packages.
- Assist with office moves and prepare workstations for new employees.
- Assist with production requests including copying/assembling binders and documents and communicating to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain facility related spreadsheets and databases as needed.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- 1+ years of directly related general office, facilities, or administrative experience.
- Must be able to operate basic hand tools.
- Ability to assemble office furniture and equipment.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office required.
- High School diploma or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
$47,500.00 – $61,100.00
