ABOUT JOB
Responsibilities
· Prepare and sort source documents (e.g., invoices, reports, paper forms, voice recordings) for data entry.
· Accurately input data into databases, QuickBooks, Needles, spreadsheets (like Microsoft Excel), or other software programs.
· Verify data by comparing it to source documents to detect and correct errors or inconsistencies.
· Update and maintain existing data records to ensure all information is current and complete.
· Organize and manage digital files and physical paperwork to ensure efficient retrieval and proper archiving.
· Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering occasional phone calls or emails.
Requirements & Skills
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
· Experience: This is an entry level position, so most will be on the job training.
· Skills: Basic Math and Accurate typing, Quickbooks knowledge
· Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Computers and software.
· Soft Skills:
· Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks with minimal supervision.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time, 10 hours per week to start
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
