ABOUT JOB
We’re looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator who is charismatic, positive and motivated to join our growing front desk team. It’s this team who greets our clients the moment they walk through the door and ensures their experience is a positive one from start to finish. The environment is fast-paced and requires strong multi-tasking abilities, organizational skills and accuracy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with clients in a friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
- Client registration
- Greet and check clients in upon arrival
- Anticipate clients’ needs and respond promptly
- Use your strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support practice by providing administrative support to the clinical team
- Ensure efficient client registration, checkout, and telephone service

- Has experience working in customer service and/or hospitality

- Organized, nimble, efficient and flexible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
