ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure information accuracy
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative support background in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with experience in client communication and support roles
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records

Pay: $24.50 – $29.40 per hour
