ABOUT JOB
The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for events, employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with office operations & hospitality support, helping the organization run smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with employees, clients, and vendors via e-mail, phone
- Manage visitor badges, sign-ins, and security procedures.
- Support meeting logistics, including room setup and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordination role.
- Experience in a client-facing environment highly desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
