ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Check in guests or clients and manage appointment schedules
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
Provide general information and support to customers and team members
Follow company procedures, policies, and security protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain calm and helpful in fast-paced situations
