JOB DETAILS
Our client seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Front Desk Coordinator. This role combines front desk responsibilities with daily operational management to ensure an exceptional client experience and smooth spa operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with a high level of customer service
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
- Process payments, memberships, packages, and retail sales
- Maintain accurate client records and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Oversee daily spa operations and workflow
- Coordinate staff schedules and daily coverage
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure treatment rooms and front desk are organized and presentable
- Handle client concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- Front desk or administrative experience required
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with sales and client interaction
- Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
