JOB DETAILS

 

Our client  seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Front Desk Coordinator. This role combines front desk responsibilities with daily operational management to ensure an exceptional client experience and smooth spa operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in clients with a high level of customer service
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Process payments, memberships, packages, and retail sales
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Oversee daily spa operations and workflow
  • Coordinate staff schedules and daily coverage
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure treatment rooms and front desk are organized and presentable
  • Handle client concerns professionally

Qualifications:

  • Front desk or administrative experience required
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable with sales and client interaction
  • Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
