ABOUT JOB

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator & Employee Experience Assistant.

You will serve as the primary front desk contact while also supporting Human Resources operations and coordinating employee engagement events. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and helping create a great workplace culture, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Office Coordination

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Provide general administrative support across departments

HR & Administrative Support

  • Maintain confidential employee files and HR records
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies and benefits
  • Support payroll and HR administrative processes
  • Assist with audits, documentation, and HR projects

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion with confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn HR and payroll systems

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree or coursework in HR, business, hospitality, administration or related field preferred
  • Experience in front desk, administrative, HR support, or event coordination roles
