ABOUT JOB
We’re hiring a reliable and organized Front Desk / Office Assistant to support our growing electrical company. This role includes answering phones, scheduling jobs, assisting with invoicing, and handling general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and assist customers
- Schedule jobs and coordinate with field staff
- Support invoicing and data entry
- Apply for permits and maintain records
- General office support
Qualifications:
- Office/admin experience (construction a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
