ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Call Handling & Communication
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about company services and policies
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and visitor arrangements
- Support office staff with day-to-day administrative needs
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience is a plus (freshers welcome)
