ABOUT JOB
The Front Desk Receptionist is the welcoming face of the company, warmly greeting clients and visitors while serving as the first point of contact.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Address inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain staff calendars.
- Handle mail, sorting and distributing incoming items while preparing outgoing mail.
- Assist clients with basic inquiries, document drop-offs, and form submissions.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company’s services to provide accurate information to visitors and clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or financial terminology is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
