Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously.
  • Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing visitor logs.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office administrative needs.
  • Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software to organize information efficiently.
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing excellent support both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain office organization through filing systems, inventory management, and ensuring the reception area remains tidy and inviting.

Skills

  • Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and general administrative support.
  • Knowledge of office management practices combined with excellent customer service skills to support a welcoming environment.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
