ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a dependable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests while providing high-level concierge-style support to the office. This role focuses on creating a welcoming and professional client experience through front desk operations, hospitality, and administrative assistance that helps keep daily office functions running smoothly.
Position Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary front desk point of contact
· Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner. As well as schedule clients.
· Assist with basic administrative tasks including scanning, copying, filing, scheduling, and data entry
· Support attorneys and staff with routine administrative needs
· Perform other receptionist or clerical tasks related to daily operations as assigned
· Attend marketing events/seminars
Qualifications:
· Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred, at least 1 year
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
· Proficient in basic computer systems and office equipment
Punctuality is critical for this role, as the office opens and phones begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. Candidates must be reliable and able to consistently arrive on time. If punctuality or travel to the office may be an issue, this position may not be a good fit.
Additional Information:
Compensation: $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
