JOB DETAILS
company seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations and serving as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendors.
As the face of our company, you will manage the front desk, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and through email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Coordinate front desk activities and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Download, review, and code invoices/bills accurately
- Support property management staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Professional attitude, appearance, and strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
