Our client is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, attorneys, and other professionals, helping ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Job Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily front-office activities, answer and direct telephone calls, greet visitors, coordinate appointments, and provide general administrative support to the legal team. Because this is a law office, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy is especially important.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate attorney or staff member.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with basic document scanning, copying, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain an organized reception area and front office.
- Respond to routine inquiries and provide general information when appropriate.
- Take accurate messages and communicate them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with maintaining calendars and office schedules.
- Prepare basic correspondence and administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate client and office records.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative assistance
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Legal office experience is helpful but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Dependable, professional, and punctual.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling client and office information.

- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace familiarity.

Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
