ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients with a professional, luxury-oriented demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily calendars
- Answer phone and texts to assist with inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Educate walk-ins and existing clients about treatments, memberships, and promotions
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products aligned with client needs
- Process payments, gift cards, and membership transactions
- Support the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist with social media content or administrative tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Strong sales skills with proven ability to upsell services or products
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented with comfort using booking/POS software
- Ability to navigate social media platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, and Wechat
