ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a team member who will serve as the first point of contact by providing a warm and professional welcome, and ensuring a smooth front-office experience.
This role includes answering and directing phone calls, maintaining organized records and filing systems, and coordinating appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will work closely with the physician, executive assistant, and technologists to support daily operations, while also taking initiative in managing and contributing to the practice’s social media presence and marketing projects.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Energetic and Positive Attitude
- Detail oriented and organized
- Flexible and reliable
- Professional attitude
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of internet software, and Microsoft processing software
- IT/ Technology experience preferred
Compensation commensurate with experience and education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
