Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Starting Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
Job Description:
The Front Office Receptionist position aids the entire firm by providing administrative support to every department. The team is looking for a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and capacity to rapidly grasp new procedures. You will be working in a fast-paced environment – completing tasks that are integral to the daily success of the firm.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors and intake.
Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes.
Scanning mail and saving mail to appropriate folders or systems.
Handling highly confidential information.
Collaborating with all teams to meet their mailing and distribution needs.
Special projects and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Unfailing attention to detail.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational/ time management skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, you should have strong knowledge of either the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite (spreadsheets, documents, etc.)
