ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team! If you are a dynamic and adaptable team-player who enjoys working in a professional environment where no two days are the same, creating a great first impression, and enjoys the challenge of “client first’ priorities, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Operates a multi-line phone system, handling incoming, outgoing, interoffice calls and paging.
- Update firm calendar with specific firm events and meetings.
- Maintains conference room schedule and coordinates all Conference Center/conference room special needs with the Hospitality Coordinator.
- Provides beverage services for meeting attendees.
- Other Administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills and Abilities desired:
- Multi-line phone system experience required with computer integration preferred.
- Personable with a positive customer service attitude and a professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to confidently problem solve.
- Proficiency with MS Office products needed
- Ability and willingness to learn other software programs used by the Firm.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
