ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a dependable and organized General Office Clerk to support the daily administrative operations . This role is responsible for maintaining records, assisting with documentation, coordinating office activities, and providing clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Perform data entry and update company information accurately
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support appointment scheduling and office calendars
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Monitor office supply inventory and notify management of replenishment needs
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not required
Salary Range
$17 – $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
