The key responsibility of our Executive Assistants, is to work with our executive clients to help relieve their workloads, improve their execution & achieve more success daily with less stress.

Some responsibilities include inbox and calendar management (including answering email & scheduling meetings), providing accountability & follow up, task management & organisation – ultimately helping our clients reach their work & personal goals. No day is ever the same!

What will you actually DO?

·      Manage/Organize client’s inboxes and calendars

·      Respond to emails

·      Schedule meetings & manage client’s schedule

·      Make travel and accommodation arrangements

·      Provide accountability, goal management & planning

·      Task management, prioritisation & organisation

·      Create presentations and reports, as assigned

·      Address administrative queries

·      Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

·      Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, distribute & follow up

·      Many other tasks as delegated by clients to help free up their day and get them focused on their businesses!

·      Act as unofficial sounding board & discussion partner for clients

Skillsets

·      Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·      Outstanding organizational and time management skills

·      Familiarity with current technologies

·      Experience in the Commercial industry

·      Experience with Microsoft Suite and other administrative systems

·      Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar)

·      Discretion and confidentiality

·      Confidence & an element of ‘bossiness’

·      General business knowledge

·     A love for progression, helping others and growing personally + professionally
