Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing home experience required
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, Staffing, or related office roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and employee onboarding processes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Track employee credentials, licenses, and required documentation
  • Assist with employee relations and HR-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and department managers
  • Assist with staffing and scheduling functions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
