ABOUT  JOB

 

We are seeking an exceptional HR Assistant / Leadership Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, professional, and capable of supporting both the Human Resources Department and Executive Leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Essential ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, interview scheduling, and applicant communications.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Prepare employment documents, disciplinary notices, performance documentation, and HR correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll-related documentation and personnel changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Leadership Support

  • Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership.
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, trainings, and special projects.
  • Assist in implementing organizational initiatives and leadership directives.
  • Monitor project deadlines and follow up with department leaders regarding outstanding assignments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive, employee, and organizational matters.
  • Help coordinate company events, trainings, and leadership meetings.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Executive Administration, or Office Management preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
