ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a self-motivated and energetic HR Assistant to join our growing team!
In this vital role, you’ll be a key player supporting our employee relations, recruitment, and benefits initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Employee Relations: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintain accurate personnel records, and provide professional responses to employee inquiries. Additionally, you’ll support employee relations issues like performance management and grievances.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other related tasks.
- Data & Reporting: Conduct research, compile data for reports and presentations, ensuring smooth operations.
- Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners like government agencies and vendors.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 45 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
