JOB DETAILS
Our client currently has an opening for an HR/Recruiting Assistant to join our HR team. This role will support the overall HR organization and have a focus on supporting talent acquisition and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams
- Support recruitment efforts, including hiring events, job fairs, and various other outreach initiatives
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and government contract obligations
- Communicate effectively with employees and leadership through clear written and verbal communication
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support special HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related capacity
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
