ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking an organized, task-oriented individual to serve as a Human Resources & Administrative Assistant.They will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as answering phones, managing data and maintaining employee records, hiring, onboarding, recruiting, pulling reports, and other tasks as needed.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, onboarding, terminating, and recruiting
- Being the first point of contact for HR-related matters
- HR and Admin data management
- Assisting with scheduling
- Preparing paperwork to uphold business policy and culture
- Other administrative duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of equivalent professional experience in customer service, human resources, or administration.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!
