ABOUT JOB

The Human Resources Administrator provides essential support to the Human Resources department by maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating HR processes, and delivering high-quality service to employees. The HR Administrator will work within the HR department and will report to the Talent Development Manager. They will work closely with other HR department team members to aid and facilitate a variety of HR processes and duties for all salaried employees with the company. 

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

    • Provide general support to all functions of HR, including benefits, outreach, recruiting, and talent development.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
    • Assist employees with benefit enrollment data entry and basic plan questions.
    • Help resolve routine benefits issues and escalate as needed.
    • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
    • Review HR invoices and prepare the invoice for processing.
    • Assist Outreach Coordinator with coordination of events and scheduling interviews.
    • Support management of HR email inboxes.
    • Maintain the team calendar and assist with team scheduling and team travel logistics.
    • Schedule meetings and assist with HR events when needed.
    • Complete team expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepare materials for training and outreach events.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

 

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams), and have a general understanding of working within a computer network.
  • Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to work well in a large professional setting. Patience and professionalism are essential.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.
