Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant! In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our HR department, supporting a wide range of functions to ensure a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace environment. Your energy and attention to detail will help streamline HR processes, assist employees at every stage, and contribute to our vibrant company culture. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the team
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and leave balances
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR procedures with clear and helpful communication
  • Help organize training sessions, wellness programs, and company events to foster engagement and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through diligent record-keeping and reporting
  • Support performance management processes by tracking review deadlines and assisting with documentation

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record management
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly, clear, professional, and approachable in all interactions
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, employment law, or related coursework is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the human resources field

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Human Resources Experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism while enforcing policies and managing performance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
