ABOUT JOB
Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s people strategies and HR operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to engage with various HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and streamlining HR processes to drive organizational success. Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with processing payroll and ensuring accurate records
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Support employee evaluation processes by gathering data, assisting with performance management initiatives, and maintaining accurate records
- Contribute to employee relations activities by assisting in conflict management efforts and maintaining positive communication channels across teams.
- Support HR projects related to change management, organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities such as data collection, training & development coordination, and benefits administration efficiently.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in HR processes and workforce management strategies.
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
