ABOUT JOB
Our client is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department in a part-time remote capacity. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in the dynamic field of capital markets, hedge funds, and private equity while contributing to our organizational success.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will assist in various HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and help streamline HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes
Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Support employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
Help organize training and development programs for employees
Participate in HR projects and other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with HR software is a plus
