JOB SUMMARY
What You’ll Do:
- Solve problems across the case lifecycle wherever they arise
- Conduct treatment check-ins with clients
- Contact clients to get updates on case progression
- Investigate coverage disputes, liability disputes, and coverage investigations
- Step into a full desk when teammates are out of office
- Handle high-volume overflow tasks across the legal ops team

You Might Be a Fit if You:
- Have 1+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling in personal injury
- Are bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Are comfortable with a constantly changing day-to-day
- Can manage high-volume workloads
- Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Compensation
$50,000–$65,000 annual salary + equity
