ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking a creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing & Administrative Assistant.
This is a part-time role (~5 hours/week) with direct collaboration alongside the founder, focused on marketing, client acquisition, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Create marketing content using Canva (social posts, ads, flyers)
- Assist with client acquisition and outreach
- Support scheduling, organization, and client communication
- Help manage CRM systems (e.g., Suitedash)
- Contribute ideas for marketing and business growth
- Assist with website updates (WordPress or similar)
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva (required)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Creative mindset with interest in marketing/branding
Preferred: Experience with Suitedash, WordPress, Google Workspace, or creative industries
Tools
Canva, Suitedash, WordPress, Google Workspace, and music/production software
