• Audience Engagement: Own social scheduling, community management, and automated email workflows to keep the brand top-of-mind.
• Project Coordination: Manage the “moving parts” of campaigns—from webinars to podcasts—ensuring no project stalls.
• Planning & Capacity: Develop forward-looking content calendars and handle technical execution to remove the “how-to” burden from the leader.

• Can show before/after metrics (engagement, leads, audience growth)
• Has built and executed content systems, not just posted content
• Comfortable owning strategy-lite decisions without direction
