ABOUT JOB

Our client is seeking for a marketing assistant.

We’re looking for someone part-time who can:
– Run Instagram content and ad spend for individual listings
-Handle MLS data entry, keeping listings accurate and current
– Coordinate print marketing, mailers, and door mats
– Get out to listings to post signs and manage lockboxes
– Keep our website current and looking sharp
– Apply real SEO know-how to listing content

What you bring:

• Real marketing experience
• SEO fundamentals
• Instagram/ad management chops
• Website management experience
• Reliable transportation — this role gets you out to listings, not just behind a screen
• Real estate background helpful, not required

Part-time, flexible, pay based on experience. Local travel to listings required.

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
