The Role
As our Office Administration Assistant, you’ll be the glue that keeps the office running smoothly. You’ll support our Founder & CEO and assist with the day-to-day administration and coordination of the office. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist with diary management, meetings, and calendar coordination
- Monitor and triage emails, escalating where required
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist with Board and Management reporting
- Coordinate meetings, catering, and internal events and support team celebrations
- Assist with internal projects and provide admin support across teams
This is a part-time role offering 22.5 to 30 hours per week, worked flexibly across standard business hours (Monday to Friday).

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and discreet
- Confident juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive and willing to learn
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous admin or office experience essential
- You’re comfortable using AI or new technology tools and enjoy keeping up with systems that help streamline and improve outcomes
