The Administrative Assistant supports our mission of delivering the best customer experience in the industry. This role ensures smooth daily operations, clear communication, and organized administrative support for the General Manager and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and support front-office operations
- Answer phones and emails and provide fast, friendly customer assistance
- Assist with order entry, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks
- Maintain organized files, documents, and communication
- Support the General Manager, sales team, and operations team as needed
- Help ensure a smooth, professional, customer-focused experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
