Job Description
ABOUT JOB
This position offers 35 hours per week. Mon – Fri 8am – 3.30pm.
What you will be doing:
Managing all office administrative tasks including; answering phone calls, managing and prioritising emails, filing, data entry, assisting with scheduling, and general clerical duties.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Maintaining and updating office records and ordering.
Preparing, submitting, and managing council applications, including drawing of plans and obtaining certification. Ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and payment processing are met in a timely and professional manner.
Generate tax invoices within the system and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Monitor and update daily job progress using the scheduling magnet board.
Process and track purchase orders.
Provide administrative support and cover ad hoc duties for the team as required.
This position is available for a person who can work in a fast paced small office environment without on-going support.
Minimum 3 years experience in a small office is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is vital. Legible handwriting is also required.
Current drivers licence and vehicle are a requirement for this position.
