ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a professional and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for front desk support, office coordination, vendor communication, facilities support, mail handling, and administrative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest security badges, including check-in/check-out and reporting lost badges or fobs
- Stock and organize office and kitchen supplies
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Coordinate with facilities vendors regarding office maintenance and repair services
- Support administrative and Excel-based projects
- Manage multiple documents and vendor-related projects simultaneously
- Assist with meeting and event coordination
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, visitors, vendors, and building management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative, office support, reception, or facilities coordination experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Ability to read and review documents carefully and accurately
