ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
  • Manage and coordinate guest reservations
  • Assist guests with receipt requests and follow-up communications
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the office space
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office and restaurant supplies
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and distribute all necessary onboarding and training materials
  • Assist management with administrative projects and operational tasks as needed
  • Support communication between departments to ensure efficient daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reservation platforms is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Environment

  • Full-time or part-time availability based on operational needs
  • Restaurant and office environment
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality setting
