JOB DETAILS

 

Hours: M – F 9AM – 5PM

Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of Office experience mandatory
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Professional Communication skills
  • Financial organization skills
  • Customer Service skills

What you will be doing:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
  • Interact with clients via phone and email, answering any questions and directing them appropriately
  • Support office management tasks to maintain a well-functioning workplace
  • Utilize various software applications for document creation, organization, analysis, and collaboration
  • Assist with office management tasks, including coordinating meetings and events, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
