ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative records
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping and invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring positive client interactions
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain a tidy, organized workspace
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing mail distribution, and supporting personal assistant tasks for team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and patient record handling is beneficial
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management strategies in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $23.22 – $27.96 per hour
